How Our AI Works
PetCure AI is an independent product that offers a user-friendly interface built on top of advanced multimodal large language models (LLMs) to analyze pet health images and provide preliminary health screening results. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model providers. Our AI processes uploaded photos of your pet's eyes, ears, teeth, skin, paws, and other areas to identify potential health concerns.

Important Limitations
Our AI is designed for preliminary health screening only and has the following limitations:
- AI detection results are for reference only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis
- AI cannot replace professional veterinary examination and diagnosis
- Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, and angle
- The AI may not detect all health conditions, and false positives or negatives are possible
- Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concerns or before making medical decisions
How Your Data Is Processed
When you use our AI detection service, your pet's images are sent securely to our AI model provider (Alibaba Cloud) for analysis. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by the AI provider. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
